I was part of a lean team brought in to assist a $250bn automotive brand manage their corporate vehicle fleet valued at $215MM.  Management had anecdote-based concerns surrounding control and asset management/utilization, but needed our team to perform a detailed current state analysis to help them define the full scope of the problem and communicate their story to the executive committee.

My role:
- Interview key stakeholders from various business units (Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.)
- Document major pain points facing each business unit and uncover patterns to build consensus
- Gather alignment from stakeholders to build a vision for revised processes that improve asset control, increase program utilization/efficiency, and provide upper management with more data based on operations
- Consolidate feedback and evidence to create an executive summary (A3) for the office of the CEO

Due to strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, I am unable to publicize work that can be directly linked to the client.  However, I can speak to the iterative process/challenges overcome in-person.
